Most
archiving and content management solutions are priced on the number of users
of the system. You therefore need to buy concurrent licenses for the number
of people that need to use the system at any one time. If the number of
people using the system exceeds the license they cannot get access to the
system. This often prohibits the whole enterprise from reaping the benefits
of the system.
FileBound is always licensed with unlimited users. There is never an instance
when people cannot access the data they need. This also allows FileBound
to become a very scaleable system. You may start using it in one department
and as you realize the enormous benefits start rolling it out enterprise-wide.
As more and more departments start using it there is no additional user
licensing costs. In fact, because FileBound is browser-based to unlimited
users, many of our clients will even give secure, limited access to their
customers and vendors as it doesn’t cost them any more.
